The ability for Cyber Solutions to remotely access your computer significantly enhance
Cyber Solutions ability to resolve your technical problem quickly.
You understand that by requesting such assistance, you will be providing Cyber Solutions
technical support personnel with access to and control of your computer. In addition, you
may be providing Cyber Solutions technical support personnel with
access to files that reside on your computer.
Be sure to close any confidential or personal files that you may be working on, before
allowing remote access to your computer.
In order to provide the services, Cyber Solutions technical support personnel is not
expected to need to make any copies or
downloads of your files or to retain any information accessed from your computer.
Your name and contact details provided in order to log your support request will be
processed for use with the specific service and will not be used for any other use or
service that could infringe on your privacy and will not be provided to any other
third party.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Cyber Solutions BE LIABLE FOR:
1>Not being able to resolve the issue remotely, you may still need to bring the computer in
for service. In this case the remote support charge will go towards the labor cost to repair
the machine.

before requesting service. Viruses and malware attack the Operating system. If a
computer is infected
very badly , the only solution may be to do a reinstall of the Operating system itself. This
is a rare instance, but sometimes is necessary and cannot be done remotely.
